This was so unbelievably nostalgic: REAL American "fine" cooking. I learned to love cauliflower with cheese sauce from the frozen Stouffers packaged food. Yum! On the left there's a gorgeous piece of juicy lobster. And the rice is a mixture of wild and brown rice.

This is not the kind of food photo I wanted to post. I wanted to post a beautifully cooked juicy piece of meat and vegetables. I just watched Julie and Julia and have been totally inspired to make foodie fotos. Maybe soon! Unfortunately, I don't have very interesting food at home. A pan of black-eyed peas with the greyish gravy just doesn't do it for me. And the saddest part is that I'm the cook. ...more to come.
